Lindsay Coward, MPH, is a Wellness Provider and Certified Yoga Instructor living in Asheville, North Carolina with her husband and two children. She has a background in Psychology and Public Health with a keen interest in bringing stress and tension relief to working adults through Workplace Wellness Programs, On-demand Yoga, Meditation + Breathwork classes, and Outdoor Community Yoga classes.
